§ 2A:62-25 — Effect of final adjudication
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
The final determination and judgment of the court in an action authorized by section 2A:62-23 of this title shall fix and settle the rights of the parties in the affected lands, which shall be binding upon all the parties to the action. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
