9.Appeal. A moving party may appeal as a matter of right from an order denying, in whole or in part, an order to show cause under section 3 of P.L.2023, c.155 (C.2A:53A-51). The appeal must be filed not later than 20 days after entry of the order. L.2023, c.155, s.9.
