10.Parent with a substance use disorder.
a.When a petition is filed and as a result of any information supplied on the family situation by the crisis intervention unit, court intake services has reason to believe that the parent or guardian has a substance use disorder, intake services shall state the basis for this determination and provide recommendations to the court.
b.When, as a result of any information supplied by the crisis intervention unit, court intake services has reason to believe that a juvenile is an "abused or neglected child," as defined in P.L.1974, c.119 (C.9:6-8.21), they shall handle the case pursuant to the procedure set forth in that law.
