§ 2A:44A-36 — Liability for fraud
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
36.A person who fraudulently deprives a person entitled to the benefits of this act shall be liable to that person for any damages resulting therefrom. L.1993,c.318,s.36.
