§ 2A:42-121 — Action of court relative to complaint.

8.
a.The court shall act upon any complaint submitted pursuant to section 4 of P.L.2003, c.295 (C.2A:42-117) in a summary manner; b. At the discretion of the court, any party in interest may intervene in the proceeding and be heard with regard to the complaint, the requested relief or any other matter which may come before the court in connection with the proceedings; c. Any party in interest may present evidence to support or contest the complaint at the hearing. L.2003,c.295,s.8.
