§ 2A:42-108 — Guard dog
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
The presence of a guard dog used by the landlord shall not constitute a waiver of the provisions of this act. L.1990,c.55,s.6.
