§ 2A:34-83 — Service of petition and order.
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
31.Service of Petition and Order. Except as otherwise provided in section 33 of this act, the petition and order shall be served, by any method authorized by the law of this State, upon the respondent and any person who has physical custody of the child. L.2004,c.147,s.31.
