§ 2A:34-23e — Delinquent child support obligors, community service in addition to incarceration for contempt.
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
1.In addition to incarceration of a person found by the court to be in contempt of a support order issued by the Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part, the court may order such person to perform community service for part, or all, of the person's period of incarceration. L.2000,c.19,s.1.
