§ 2A:162-6 — Revival of judgment on forfeited recognizances; limitation
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Judgments in any court of record, entered upon forfeited recognizances in criminal cases, may be revived by scire facias, or a civil action may be brought thereon within 6 years next after the date of such judgment and not after. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
