§ 2A:160-35 — No immunity from other criminal prosecution while in this state

New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
After a person has been brought back to this state by extradition proceedings, he may be tried in this state for other crimes which he may be charged with having committed here as well as that specified in the requisition for his extradition. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
