§ 2A:16-47 — Entry of satisfaction by clerk

New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Upon the filing of the warrant, the clerk shall forthwith enter satisfaction on the record. All satisfactions entered in a county clerk's office shall be in the margin of the record of the judgment. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
