7.Any electronic, mechanical or other device possessed, used, sent, distributed, manufactured, or assembled in violation of this act may be seized and forfeited to the State pursuant to chapter 64 of Title 2C of the New Jersey Statutes. L.1968,c.409,s.7; amended 1993,c.29,s.6.
