28.Exclusivity of remedies. The remedies and sanctions described in sections 21 and 26 of P.L.1993, c.29 (C.2A:156A-27 and C.2A:156A-32) are the only judicial remedies and sanctions for nonconstitutional violations of sections 21, 22, 23 and 24 of P.L.1993, c.29 (C.2A:156A-27, C.2A:156A-28, C.2A:156A-29, and C.2A:156A-30).
