If any section, subsection or portion or provision of any section or sections of this act or the application thereof by or to any person or circumstances is declared invalid, the remainder of the section or sections or subsection of this act and the application thereof by or to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby. L.1968, c. 409, s. 26, eff. Jan. 1, 1969.
