§ 2A:15-69 — Proceedings stayed until bond filed or deposit made

New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Whenever a notice is given demanding from a nonresident party security for costs, all proceedings on his claim shall be stayed until the required security is filed or deposit made. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
