§ 2A:15-68 — Deposit in lieu of bond

New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
In lieu of a bond for costs, the nonresident party may deposit with the clerk cash in the amount of $100 or, if there is more than one opposing party demanding security, then in the amount of $100 for each such party. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
