Text

Costs shall be taxed by the clerks of the respective courts upon application of the party entitled thereto, or, where taxation is necessary and proper to enable any other party to proceed in the action, then upon his application; or they may be taxed by the court. The clerk when taxing the costs shall sign the bill of costs. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
