§ 2A:15-45 — Who may be bail
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
No attorney at law, sheriff, sheriff's deputy or other person concerned in the execution of process shall be bail in any action.
