§ 2A:12-8 — Definitions
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
As used in this act: a. "Approved community organization" means a community organization which applies to the director for participation in the program and is approved for participation; b. "Director" means the Director of the Administrative Office of the Courts; c. "Program" means the Supervised Visitation Program created pursuant to this act. L.1983, c. 424, s. 2.
