Text

A judgment obtained against an organization or association in an action herein authorized shall not, after execution or process issued thereon and returned in whole or in part unsatisfied or judgment not fully performed, bar an action to recover the residue thereof against or to enforce compliance therewith by such members of the organization or association as may be personally liable. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
