§ 2A:23A-25 — Arbitration award over $20,000
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Notwithstanding that a controversy was submitted pursuant to subsection a. of section 1 of this act, the arbitration award may exceed $20,000.00. The arbitration decision shall be in writing, and shall set forth the issues in controversy, and the arbitrators' findings and conclusions of law and fact. L. 1987,c.329, s.6.
