2A:169-3. Whenever an offense is committed in his presence, any police officer shall, and any other person may, apprehend without warrant or process any disorderly person, and take him before any magistrate of the county where apprehended. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344; amended 2023, c.250, s.10.
