2A:16-7. When a judgment of the Superior Court is entered for a conveyance, release, or acquittance of real estate or an interest therein, and the party against whom the judgment is entered has failed to comply by the time specified in the judgment, or within 15 days after entry of the judgment if no time is specified therein, the judgment shall have the same operation and effect in all courts as if the conveyance, release, or acquittance had been executed in conformance with the judgment, notwithstanding any disability of the party because of not having reached the age of majority pursuant to section 3 of P.L.1972, c.81 (C.9:17B-3), mental incapacity, or otherwise. amended 2013, c.103, s.5.
