§ 2A:16-59 — Declaratory judgment; form and effect
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
A declaratory judgment may be either affirmative or negative in form and effect, and shall have the force and effect of a final judgment.
