Text

The salaries of prosecutors shall be paid at the same times and in the same manner as other county salaries are paid, and shall be in lieu of all fees and costs or other compensation or allowances whatsoever. All fees and costs allowed by law to the respective prosecutors shall be taxed in the bills of costs in the manner provided by law, and when collected in the manner provided by law, shall be paid into the treasury of the respective counties for the use thereof.
