Text
Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law to the contrary, any full-time, permanently appointed county detective, sheriff's officer and investigator sheriff's office shall have full power of arrest for any crime committed in his presence anywhere within the territorial limits of the State of New Jersey. L.1977, c. 438, s. 2, eff. March 2, 1978.
