§ 2A:156A-16 — Service, contents of inventory
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
16.Within a reasonable time but not later than 90 days after the termination of the period of the order or of extensions or renewals thereof, or the date of the denial of an order applied for under section 13 of P.L.1968, c.409 (C.2A:156A-13), the issuing or denying judge shall cause to be served on the persons named in the order or application, persons arrested as a result of the interception of their conversations, persons indicted as a result of the interception of their conversations, persons whose conversations were intercepted and against whom indictments are likely to be returned, persons whose conversations were intercepted and who are potential witnesses to criminal activities, and such other parties to the intercepted communications as the judge may in his discretion determine t
