§ 2A:152-2 — Forfeiture of estate and benefit of clergy abolished
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
No conviction or judgment for any offense against this state, shall make or work corruption of blood, disinhersion of heirs, loss of dower, or forfeiture of estate. The benefit of clergy is abolished. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
