2A:15-1. Every person who has reached the age of majority pursuant to section 3 of P.L.1972, c.81 (C.9:17B-3) and has the mental capacity may prosecute or defend any action in any court, in person or through another duly admitted to the practice of law in this State. amended 2013, c.103, s.4.
