§ 2A:14-27 — Set-off
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
The limitations provided by this chapter shall apply to the case of any debt or demand for liquidated damages alleged by way of set-off.
