§ 2A:13-4 — Liability for damages
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
If an attorney shall neglect or mismanage any cause in which he is employed, he shall be liable for all damages sustained by his client.
