§ 27:7-97 — Provision of alternative access

New Jersey·Title 27 HIGHWAYS

The Commissioner of Transportation and every county and municipality may build new roads or acquire access easements to provide alternative access to existing developed lots which have no other means of access except to a State highway. L. 1989, c. 32, s. 9.
