After adoption of the access code, as provided by section 3 of this amendatory and supplementary act, no property abutting a State highway shall be subdivided in a manner which would create additional lots abutting that highway unless all the abutting lots so created are in accord with the standards established in the access code. L. 1989, c. 32, s. 8.
