§ 27:7-87 — Severability

New Jersey·Title 27 HIGHWAYS

If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of the act in the application of such provision to persons or circumstances other than those to which is held invalid shall not be affected thereby. L.1972, c. 47, s. 16, eff. July 1, 1972.
