Text
Any person or business concern aggrieved by any relocation procedure or determination concerning eligibility for relocation payments authorized by this act may appeal such determination to the commissioner or his designated appointee but any such appeal must be filed within 1 year after the date of actual relocation. L.1972, c. 47, s. 12, eff. July 1, 1972.
