Text

The owner of a motor vehicle or other object so removed shall be liable to the commissioner for the reasonable cost of removal and of any storage of the object under a schedule of charges compiled by the commissioner, a copy of which shall be furnished such owner on request. L.1970, c. 295, s. 2, eff. Dec. 14, 1970.
