Text
40.Nothing in this act shall be construed to authorize or empower the authority to: a. Vacate, close, connect with, adjust, relocate, cross or otherwise physically affect any State highway without written approval by the commissioner; or b. Acquire State property or any interest therein by the exercise of the power of eminent domain. L.1991,c.252,s.40.
