Text
38.The erection, use or maintenance of any structure for the display of outdoor advertising on the Atlantic City Expressway shall be consistent with the provisions of P.L.1959, c.191 (C.54:40-50 et seq.) and P.L.1979, c.111 (C.13:18A-1 et seq.) and the regulations promulgated pursuant to those laws. L.1991,c.252,s.38.
