§ 27:23-8 — Trust agreement.

8.Trust agreement. In the discretion of the Authority any bonds issued under the provisions of this act may be secured by a trust agreement by and between the Authority and a corporate trustee, which may be any trust company or bank having the powers of a trust company within or without the State. Such trust agreement or the resolution providing for the issuance of such bonds (subject to the provisions of section 7 of this act) may pledge or assign tolls or other revenues to which the Authority's right then exists or may thereafter come into existence, and the moneys derived therefrom, and the proceeds of such bonds, but shall not convey or mortgage any transportation project or any part thereof.
