§ 27:23-5 — 6 Return of certain roads to local authorities.

6.The Turnpike Authority is authorized to turn back to local authorities any road or portions of road taken over from such local authorities in connection with the establishing of a feeder road. L.1949,c.40,s.6; amended 1991, c.183, s.10; 2003,c.79,s.13.
