§ 27:23-24a — Department of Transportation control over I-95 Extension to cease
New Jersey·Title 27 HIGHWAYS
At such time as the New Jersey Turnpike Authority shall acquire the I-95 Extension, the jurisdiction and control of the Department of Transportation over that route shall cease except as otherwise provided by law. L.1991,c.183,s.20.
