Text

It shall be lawful for each county and municipality, upon notification by the commissioner of approval for and the amount of State aid allocated to a project, to include an amount equal to the amount of such State aid in its annual budget and any amendments and supplements thereto. Immediately thereafter, commitments may be made by counties and municipalities against the amounts so included in their budgets and amendments and supplements thereto. L.1984, c. 73, s. 26, eff.
