§ 27:1A-55 — Employment rights; effect of act

New Jersey·Title 27 HIGHWAYS

Nothing in this act shall be construed to deprive any person of any tenure rights or of any rights or protection provided him by Title 11 of the Revised Statutes, Civil Service, or under any pension law or retirement system. L.1972, c. 40, s. 4, eff. July 1, 1972.
