Text
All appropriations, grants and other moneys available and to become available to the Division of Taxation with respect to the administration of the "Outdoor Advertising Act," the functions, powers and duties of which have been herein transferred to the Department of Transportation are hereby transferred to the Department of Transportation and shall be available for the objects and purposes for which appropriated, subject to any terms, restrictions, limitations or other requirements imposed by law. L.1972, c. 40, s. 2, eff. July 1, 1972.
