Text
Notwithstanding any of the provisions of the article of which this act is a supplement, any county bridge commission created pursuant to said article shall, upon obtaining the consent of its board of chosen freeholders, have the power and be authorized to: a. Replace or reconstruct in whole or in part any bridge or bridges and approaches thereto owned or operated by said commission on the effective date of this act, or thereafter acquired, including any such bridge or bridges and approaches thereto extending within the limits of any state other than the State of New Jersey; and b. In connection with the replacement or reconstruction of any bridge or bridges and approaches thereto, pursuant to section a. of this act, to demolish or dispose of any such bridge or bridges and approaches owned
