27:19-29.

a.The commission may at all times take, demand, and receive of and from any person who shall pass over or use its bridge or bridges and approaches, when such person shall enter upon or attempt to use the same, such rate of toll as may be fixed by it from time to time, for persons, automobiles, wagons, carts or other vehicles or for horses, cows or other animals, or for things not herein enumerated, entering on, passing over or using any such bridge and the approaches thereto.
