§ 27:16-36 — Traffic posts and lights; approval
New Jersey·Title 27 HIGHWAYS
No traffic posts, traffic lights or any other obstruction shall be placed in or upon any part of a public county road without the approval, by resolution, of the board of chosen freeholders.
