Text
Any municipality may acquire any land necessary for straightening or relocating any road on which work is to be done under this chapter by gift, grant, demise, purchase, or by condemnation in the manner provided by law. All roads on which work may be done under this chapter shall have a right of way not less than thirty-three feet wide.
