Text

The road improvements contemplated by this article shall include the: a. Construction of the road and its intersections with other public roads; b. Restoration or construction as provided in this article of proper and adequate entrances to properties; c. Building of the necessary walls in cuts or for slopes, bridges and culverts; and all necessary facilities for drainage; d. Planting of shade trees and such work as may be necessary to preserve existing shade trees; and e. Treatment of adjacent forest lands so as to make the road and its borders an effective firebreak.
