§ 27:25-14 — Employer-employee relations

a. As used in this section: "Employee" means:

(1)An employee of the corporation, or (2) An employee of any public or private entity acquired, owned or operated by the corporation. "Employee" does not include an employee of a public or private entity, other than as provided in subsection g. and paragraphs (1) and (2) of this subsection, which provides public transportation services pursuant to operating rights granted by a regulatory body or pursuant to authority arising from contractual agreements entered into with the corporation pursuant to section 6 of this act. Except as provided in subsection h. of this section, "employee" does not include a supervisory employee as defined under the "Labor Management Relations Act, 1947" (29 U.S.C. 141 et seq.) or a managerial executive or confidenti
